It’s a low‑slope tiled flat roof. There are water stains on the soffit above front porch. Upstairs above the powder room, ceiling near downlight/vent has a mouldy damp patch. Not sure if they are linked — water can track inside cavities. Please find & quote to fix the actual leak, not just repaint the ceiling. Thanks

Roof tiler required for quote and assessment of roof tiles, leaking that has come into house/plaster causing mould. Will discuss pricing etc

Water started dripping out of one of the ducts after the rain.

demo of the required rotted facia gutter and eaves, replace with new then cover up with colorbond flashings so no painting facia needed. -To fix, not a full redo, facia/gutters/eaves, -replace stair treads and handrail only because stringers and posts are good at front door. I can supply scaffold and bin. Or Material if needed. On site meet preferred for proper quote. Budget is for all labour and material not inc scaffold and bin.

Looking for someone who is able to install some simple guttering to my outdoor shed. As the back of the shed is pressed up against the shared fence between my neighbour’s and my property, I would like to get some simple PVC pipe guttering installed to allow the water to drain off on my side of the fence. The dimensions of the fence are 4.5m L x 3.75m W x 2.2m H, hence I would like the guttering to be installed along the back length of the shed (4.5 metres long).
