I have a crack in the plaster in a section of roof in living room area that needs patching up.

Single story house. Clean gutters under removable plastic gutter guards & clean down pipes (recently had some overflow). The gutters were cleaned over 6 months, but there’s been some buildup as I live under a big council tree.
