I need someone to clean the windows, clear out the gutters and clean the solar panels of our four-bedroom, single storey house. Windows to be cleaned internally and externally. It's a combination of windows and glass doors. Although single storey, the house is on a slightly graded block, so you will need to bring a ladder to reach a couple of these. (Equivalent of two storey). The gutters will need to be cleaned on the house and the adjacent double garage. Again you will need to bring your own equipment. There are a dozen solar panels that will also need to be cleaned.

Need someone to waterproof the exterior of our basement Dincel walls. Area is 4m x 9m and 2.4m high.

Single storey gutters cleaned

I have leak in may decking area roof ceiling in three different spots when it is a heavy rain. All gutters and downpipes already been cleaned. Now, I need a roof plumber to seal the roof properly add extra rivet if necessary.

to complete the repairs to the verandah and roof following last years storm I need the new colourbond sheets trimmed to be in line with the original roofline. The sheets are already in place but were left hanging over the roof line. At the most there are 4 sheets of width not length to be trimmed. The last photo is the repaired deck. From the gate at the end to the second window is the amount of area that needs to be trimmed so rest of works can be done - Due date: Flexible
