**Roof Valley Replacement – Tile Roof (Mitcham VIC)** Looking for an experienced roof plumber/roofer to replace a leaking roof valley on a single-storey tiled roof that has rusted. A recent roof inspection identified that the existing valley has been covered with mortar and is severely rusted due to age and wear, allowing water to enter the roof cavity and causing a leak into the living room. Works required: - Remove and replace the roof valley. - Re-bed and re-point ridge caps - Replace tiles where required * Ensure the roof valley is fully watertight and all work is completed to Australian roofing standards* - clips for the tiles surrounding the Evap cooling unit to ensure the tiles do not become dislodged The property is a single storey house with a tiled cement roof. Roll a steel wire mesh around solar panels on the roof, and clip the mesh to the panel frames. Only some pliers required and a ladder. The mesh material and clips provided. No requirement to touch wiring or anything electrical - just need to be able to work safely at heights.
