The soffit was previously cut to allow cabling to be installed and now needs to be properly repaired, closed up, and sealed. Fixing the soffit is the priority for this job. The opening is approximately 1 metre long (see photo) and is located on a single-storey house, with easy external access. We are looking for someone to remove broken concrete storm water cover and lintel and installed new lintel and stormwater cover plus concreting to match guttering. Photos show the existing concrete lid and lintel to be removed, the new lintel and cover to be installed and also a photo of what the finished job should look like. Our corner of the roof has rotted and come out. Not sure how to explain properly. But please look at the photo attached. I need someone that can fix that plus locate (through the whole house around roof side) any other holes that need to be fixed. Main problem is. We suspect we have possum or rats in our wall cavity.
