Need an old shed roof removed and a new one installed to make the shed waterproof

Gutters are a bit warped and full of Leaves from adjacent tree. Gutters to be fixed and to be cleaned.

We want to replace the gutters and downpipes in our house. Single story. In the photo the red lines are where the gutters runs. We also have an L shape patio area where the roof is constantly leaking. I need this re roofed to stop the leaking. Whoever originally did the job didn’t have enough of a slant on the roof so the water stagnates and leaks through the joins of the roofing sheet. This section is roughly 40m2. I’m looking for a licensed roof plumber in Victoria to inspect the roof plumbing and gutter installation at my residential property in Bayswater North and provide a detailed written report. The roof is corrugated metal roof with a 35deg pitch. The inspection should assess gutter fall/gradient, bracket spacing, joints, downpipes, and overall installation, and determine whether the work complies with the Plumbing Regulations, NCC, and relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3500.3). Existing outdoor handrail has wood rot and needs to be removed and replaced. Gutter cleaning of a single-storey 4-bedroom house. Put new tiling all the way up to ceiling for bathrooms , and toilet only the floor. 4. Kitchen tiling We can discuss further if you’re keen.

There are too many insulation batts in my roof and many have been thrown around. Some are yellow and some are pink - it looks like one lot might be older or a different grade. I have stacked some in the lounge to allow the electrician access through the manhole. I'd like to have the old batts removed/disposed of and the newer ones placed in properly. It's a relatively small place (approx 10m squared) - a 2 bedroom unit. My price is indicative only.
