Looking for a qualified and experienced person to complete the following installations at a new-build, single-level house: Install 4 indoor light fittings Install 3 outdoor sensor-operated light fittings Wall mount 2 TVs Install 1 roof antenna Important: All electrical wiring points and switches are already installed and ready to go. This is a new construction, so no replacement/removal of old fittings is required. Light fittings will be supplied — installation only. TV wall mounts will be supplied. Antenna cable is already installed and laid inside the roof space. The roof antenna just needs to be installed and connected. Single-level house with roof access. Preference for someone who can complete everything in one visit.

Clean the gutters and downpipes

Gutter cleaning - regular with monthly in winter and every two months otherwise. Quick job to ensure no blockages in concealed gutter. A few spots that need monitoring. Single storey.

My house is a partly two storey block. One section of the downpipe, coming down from the upper level is leaking. It needs to be replaced. Work involves labour only as I already have the new section (called off set)of the downpipe that requires replacement. A tall ladder (say, five metres or more) is required.

Need plasterer to plaster the roof. Also, will seek help with sanding the beam that has water damage and put on the water proofing paint on beam to prevent from future damage

Looking for an experienced handyman to help complete a modular chicken enclosure setup at my home in Wantirna South. The structure is already mostly in place, and all materials are on-site. The job is straightforward and mainly involves: 1. Installing predator-proof mesh across the top (mesh is pre-cut to size) 2. Securing/bolting together approximately 5 modular panels The panels slot into pre-installed brackets, so it’s more of an assembly and securing job rather than a full build. What’s Provided: All materials supplied (mesh, panels, steel bars, zip ties, bolts) Everything laid out and ready to go What You’ll Need: Your own tools (spanners, drill, etc.) Experience with similar installs (fencing, enclosures, modular panels preferred) Important: Looking for someone who has done similar work before and can complete this cleanly and securely the first time. Due to mobility constraints, I won’t be able to physically assist much, so I need someone confident working independently.

Need someone to remove 4/5 carbon filters and ducting from the roof cavity. Perhaps a quick two person job.
