Looking for experienced and licensed roof plumber to inspect and repair water leaks from a L-shaped metal roof over my garage. The issue: * Two-storey house with a tiled main roof and a separate metal garage roof * Approximately 4 leaking spots visible through the garage ceiling * Leaks occur during continuous/heavy rain * Some sections of the metal roof appear to have insufficient fall, causing water to pool instead of draining properly towards the side gutter * The roof may require adjustment, repair, re-lining or an appropriate waterproofing solution The inspection I need: * Roof fall/slope and any areas where water is pooling * Metal roof sheets, joins and fixings * Flashings and penetrations * Connection and drainage towards the side gutter * Existing waterproofing/membrane * Any other underlying issues causing the leaks Important: I’m looking for an economical long-term solution, not just a temporary sealant repair. Wanting quotes! Some roof tiles have been damaged during a tree removal. Approximately 5-6 roof tiles need replacing on a single story house. I know there are at least 2 tiles at the property but rest will need to be sourced. As this is being done on a rental property, I will need a receipt from the person who does this. Prefer people with experience, not far from Croydon Hills and this is needing to be done ASAP.

Have a shed outside and water is getting in, bit of a gap in the door too which i been having a tarp there to try and stop some water getting in. Open to ideas of how to move forward to fix this

Hi, I need to have a certified roof plumber to install the duct from the kitchen rangehood to outside of the roof . The rangehood will be installed by someone else . At the moment, there is no path for rangehood ducting to outside rood. It is only going to the ceiling ( old way), and we need to create a proper one. Obviously, as you know, it should be sealed and waterproof on the roof . The roof type is tile, and the house is single storey . Please provide your quote with material if possible? One area of ceiling looks to be wet and we think this is due to leaking from roof.i need a certified roof plumber to check this section of the house and fix it .
