Scope: * Clean approximately 6 gutter runs. * Clean all rainheads/sumps. * Remove leaves and debris. * Ensure outlets are clear and draining properly. * Remove debris from site. * Provide a few before and after photos. Important: * No leaf blowers. Previous cleans have resulted in debris being blown into the premises below. * A gutter vacuum (gutter vac) or similar method is preferred. Roof Area: Only the roof section on the left-hand side of the attached image is included. The right-hand side is a separate tenancy and is not part of the job. Hi I have a leaking solar heating system, both up on the roof as well as a dribble from the relief valve. The matting on the roof is twisted and flipped over. The solar pump seems to be making a grinding noise as well. Job is to try to repair, with replace as a possibility if it cannot be repaired.
