I will purchase the polyester underfloor insulation and galvanised staples, but you would need to bring an electric stapler, a tarp to keep the insulation clean while installing it and any clothing and protective equipment you might need. I have attached images of the underfloor as well as of the floor plan. The house is approximately 125m2.

We have just had the gutters cleaned. Roof looks like its in perfect condition, but we still have a leak inside, upstairs near the filter vent. You should be able to see the water damage via the photos. It needs to be looked at asap if possible.
