Hi there, I got a water leak on the roof and the roof sheets are not longer enough over the gutter. Could you please quote it for me? It is a single story house in Preston with an easy access to the roof.

Looking for someone experienced with drainage/waterproofing work to help us finish preparing the external wall area of our front house in Preston. We have already started excavating the area removing the majority of the soil, after removing a blocked drainage pipe, but need help to: - Finish removing soil away from the external brick wall - Prepare/clean the exposed wall surface - Apply waterproofing membrane/coating (Bitumen membrane or similar suitable external waterproofing product) to the lower brick wall - Potentially assist with basic drainage preparation around the area The goal is to ensure soil is no longer sitting directly against the wall and help protect against future damp/moisture issues. The area is already partially excavated and accessible. Photos attached. Fox living nearby taking out my free range chooks in broad daylight. I need an area of my backyard fenced off safe from foxes ASAP. Chook shed already secure. I will purchase the polyester underfloor insulation and galvanised staples, but you would need to bring an electric stapler, a tarp to keep the insulation clean while installing it and any clothing and protective equipment you might need.
