Hello, in need of a carpenter or roof plumber to remove and replace old rotten fascia and the final roof batten of garage before new roof put on. Length of fascia is approx 7m. Installation of roof batten to allow new roof to meet the gutter. Cut ends primed and all rubbish removed.

Our house eaves are in need of repair. The asbestos sheeting (about .5sqm) needs to be removed (and disposed of legally) and replaced. Missing and rotten fascia boards need to be replaced. Please refer to the sketch. Cheers

Gutter cleaning of a two storey house.

There’s a small hole in an elbow of a down pipe, which is under the floor and accessible but a little tricky. I’ve had a plumber come and scope it out and can be done, but he did his acl in football and suggested I get someone else on it instead. It should just require cutting that piece out and replacing it. I have the pipe bypassed at the moment, but want to get it fixed. I also have another job at my place to look at if you’re able, separate from this ad: I need an aggy pipe installed down the side of the house. The existing trench is ~300mm deep, ~5m long. The house sits low so the bearer will rot if I fill the trench in, so I’ve just left the trench open for now. At one end of the trench there’s drainage point that’s below the level of the trench, so we should be able to run it straight into there. Don’t include this in your offer. You’ll need to see it to quote it.

Hello, I need two window frames at front of house and two down side of house painted , they will need a light sand. I also need the front of house gutters and fascia board , and side of house gutters and fascia painted , including three down pipes. All paint will be supplied, I have Makita sander and monarch brushes if required. Cheers

We have just had the gutters cleaned. Roof looks like its in perfect condition, but we still have a leak inside, upstairs near the filter vent. You should be able to see the water damage via the photos. It needs to be looked at asap if possible.
