The affected area will be inspected for any rotten wall plates or timber—particularly at the north-eastern corner—with a quote provided for replacing any damaged timber. The ceiling space above the entry will be checked for additional signs of leakage. The roof sheets above the entry, especially around the leaking corner, will be inspected for holes or defects, with repair costs advised if required. Any damaged roof tiles at the entry reception corner will be replaced.
