Fix roof gutter drainage issue — water not draining correctly, We have two separate gutter drainage issues on our single-storey home in Edithvale that need fixing properly before the next heavy rain. Issue 1 — Downpipe with no stormwater connection: A downpipe outlet is discharging directly onto the brickwork with nowhere to go. During rain, water cascades straight down the wall. The downpipe either has no connection to the stormwater drain or the connection has failed. Needs a proper stormwater connection or absorption point. Issue 2 — Valley downpipe overflowing over the gutter: At a roof valley/junction point, the downpipe cannot handle the volume of water coming off the roof in heavy rain. Water backs up and overflows over the gutter lip rather than going down the pipe. Likely needs a larger downpipe outlet or repositioning. We understand these may require different trades — happy to discuss scope. Looking for a plumber or experienced guttering specialist. Please advise if a site visit is needed to quote accurately. Gutter cleaning of a three bedroom single story house

I have a roof top tent and awning that will need to be attached to the top of my car. My car is a ford ranger with a canopy and base plate attached so it is ready to go! I have the awning attachment set also. 2 person job! Thursday evening after 4pm would be great timing if anyone is available!

Its a 2 storey house and there is a leak coming down one of the downright beams. It is a difficult job getting on the roof because of the pitch but I,m happy to agree on an fair quote . The leak is coming from the right hand peak of the house You are able to see it internally in the roof. The leak runs down a downright timber connected to the ceiling and run through the plaster. Where the leak comes down can be viewed internaly

I have a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in Edithvale. One bedroom measures 5.2 x 2.6 and the second bedroom measures 2.9 x 2.8. I would like to reduce the noise coming through the ceiling of both bedrooms (foot steps, flushing toilet etc.) Additionally, I would like to reduce the noise coming through the floor of the larger bedroom. (It is situated above an underground car park and the sound from the gate at the entrance to the car park can be heard whenever it is opened. Noise from cars and from the elevator can also be heard at all hours of the day and night).
