My front and blind side and part of rear house gutters require cleaning

I need gutter guard removed from a box gutter on a flat roof. The gutter is approx 6 meters long and is currently screwed on. I would like the screws removed and then screwed back in after the gutter guard is removed (to seal the holes). It is a polycarbonate roof but you can access the gutter from a ladder. You call also walk on that part of the roof using a walk board or thick wood planks to spread the load if preferred.

This panel at the bottom of the roof has come loose. It seems that the strip holding it in place, and joined with the other panel, is gone. I have attached a photo of what a healthy joint looks like.

This is a newly built pergola. On top of the perforated metal sheeting is 6mil Perspex sheets. The metal fabricator made a basic attempt at trying to make this Watertight with silicon however acknowledged that this was not his area of expertise and it is quite evident that when it rains there are areas under the pergola which still get quite wet Looking for someone who is experienced with waterproofing. The job would involve getting on top of the metal structure and also possibly using silicon from underneath as well.

The balcony is leaking. Need to done the water proofing, tiling and some plastering/painting. Probably need a bit carpentry work. The balcony is around 6 square meters. When make an offer. Please state it clear whether include materials.

Note: it’s on the rooftop we will have to get water from the tap on deck below (throw hose over the wall), see photo Experienced person to clean (ideally with your own high pressure hose) and oil 30sqm of merbau decking on our rooftop (5mx6m). I believe 24 hrs is needed after the cleaning so would have to come back to oil. It hasn’t been done for 2 years so there is patchy fading. See photos. Must have experience in doing this. I can purchase the decking oil and cleaning agent but don’t have any other tools for the job. Thanks Curtis

Clean gutters of first level of house only. 5 bedroom house. Mostly flat tin roof.

During extreme rain my garage gutter can overflow. When this occurs, water can spill over the gutter and leak through the fascia into the garage. I’d like the fascia to be waterproofed and the bottom of the garage roller door to have a seal added to minimise water or draughts from leaking into the garage. Need to relocate a small sewer vent about 2 metres as we have converted our attic to storage & it runs through. Very easy access below & above. Expect this is a very quick job for someone who know what they’re doing as you can swap the concrete roof tiles - to use the one that already has the stack coming up through it at the new location. The new vent will go above where the pipe already runs so just needs an elbow up.

Climb 2nd story roof, and silicone spray whirlybird. Currently making very loud noise when the wind blows. Also check roof for what’s causing a second whistle noise when the wind blows.
