I need a couple of broken roof tiles replaced on my single level property. I have replacement tiles for one but the other must be sourced (will need 4 to give me a few spares). Tiles will need to be colour matched and painted to the existing roof colour and there may be a bit of pointing work with one of them, which will likewise need to be done and colour matched as part of the job.

I need an EasyShed 3.0m x 1.5m skillion roof shed assembled. The site has already been prepared. The shed will sit on levelled bricks placed over compacted ground and does not require a concrete slab. The installer will need to: • Assemble the EasyShed according to instructions • Position it on the pre-levelled brick base • Secure the shed using the supplied metal anchor pegs • Ensure doors align and structure is square The brick base has already been levelled and laid out to suit the shed footprint. Install a basketball hoop attached to top of car port - needs to be a full height ring so will need to sit higher than the car port roof. Plus install a net to run across the top of the car port so balls can’t get on the roof. I haven’t purchased a basketball ring as wanted to make sure I get one with the correct mounting system for this position. Help with what materials will be required - happy to source them myself but just need to know what is needed.

Hi there : 2 x single story, easy access houses next to each other. One has a carport and the other has a garage both with gutters. Gutters cleaned 3 months ago but need to check and remove anything that’s gathered recently. Houses are reasonable modest so not a huge job. Would prefer vaccum or someone willing to clean any mess on the ground plus fascia boards if they get dirty using your method. This task is for this job. Optional job to insert plastic mesh (which I have) over each downpipe too to keep leaves out of downpipes. Less than 5 mins per down pipe.

Hi - I’m hoping someone can help fit through the man hole to lift things out of the roof. They are mostly baby clothes/toys and not too heavy as they all fit through the hole. My partner is a slim build and 5 11 and can fit. It should take around 30 mins - 1 hour.

HI GUYS - apologies but I have revised this job on the recommendation of a builder. So is now in 2 parts as detailed A) & B) Before work starts - I will remove the old leaking fibreglass layer and water damaged timber lining below and check that beams are AOK. I will then add new timber beam sections to raise the pitch angle to give fall. Noting that once lining timber is removed we will be able to achieve fall without going much higher than the previous high level. Then simply fix new roof sheets across these beams to new gutter, to run to the existing downpipe that is already connected to stormwater. So the scope of work is now in two parts: Feel free to quote on both A) & B) or just B) A) Carpenter/Roofer - After I have removed the fibreglass sheeting, lining timbers and old flashings to leave just the fascia boards and beams. It would be for YOU to correctly add/secure the timber(I will have sufficient timber for raising the beams on-site -Treated pine at same thickness as beams) to attach to beams to raise the pitch along the 6.5m lengths of beams. Noting that this may only be 20 to 50mm, as by removing the lining timber & fibreglass top layer we will have dropped about 50mm. B) Roofing Plumber - Once the roof structure is secure and pitched correctly attach the 4.2m long lengths along the full 6.5m length. These will run off the 6.5m side where you will need to affix a new 6.5m long gutter which will run into the existing dowpipe in the corner of the roof. No rainhead required. Measure and make up of flashing required. But will require: 1) 1 x 6.5m long gutter 2) Side flashing on both 4.2m sides 3) Flashing along the 6.5m length (See images) 4) Plus addition of a rain head splitter to be added into existing gutter to run excess water onto this new roof. It measures 6.5m x 4.2m. I would be looking for quote on labour and all roof sheeting/flashing, guttering supply & fit. I will pre-purchase all timber to have ready on-site.

I am looking to get installed a B&D Automatic Garage Door. Prior to them doing this, i need to get installed 3 Noggins in the correct X Y and Z positions so they can install their tracks for the sectional overhead garage door. I have solar on my roof, so opening it up is difficult. I assume the install happens from under. In the below photos u can see the timber joists under the the plasterboard and also the gradient of my roof. I assume someone skilled in carpentry can install the 3 noggins so when B&D mount the railing it doesn't fall down. We can grant access during business hrs and after if convienent as well as weekends. I imagine this is a simply job for someone skilled.
