Relocate the gas line ~4m through framework to the new heater location (underfloor access available via a door in the same room). Flue Inspection & Installation: Inspect a supplied second-hand vertical balanced flue kit to ensure compliance and completeness. Run it through a single-level ceiling and penetrate a standard concrete tile roof, installing correct weatherproof flashing. Commissioning: Connect the gas line, pressure test, and commission the fireplace (pilot, burners, 3-speed fan, remote). Site Conditions: Property: Single-level residential home, concrete tile roof. Access: Wide-open access to the skeleton timber stud frame before front non-combustible face boards are closed up. Power: 240V GPO will be pre-installed inside the cavity. Assistance: Owner will be onsite to provide a second pair of hands to help reduce your labor costs. Requirements: Must hold a current, valid Licensed Plumber & Gasfitter registration with Type A Gas Appliance endorsements. Must provide an official Certificate of Compliance (Gas Safety Certificate) upon completion. We have started cleaning and painting in monument the tin roof of a back bungalow but need help to get it finished before a party on the 29th of November

1. Take down 4 x 6.5m existing metal sheets. Unscrew and cut the sheets as required. Disposal is not required. 2. Roofing: Install 4 × 6.5m new corrugated metal sheets (This may instead be 8 × 3.25m sheets depending on what’s available). 3. Apron flashing: Install 2 × 6.5m apron flashings up along the sides of the garage. 4. Parapet capping: Install 1 × approx. 9m parapet (total approx. length) capping on top of a brick wall that forms the side of the garage. The top of the brick wall is mostly one level but steps down a couple of times, so the capping will need to be cut and bent to follow the top of the bricks neatly. 5. Fascia capping: Install 1 × 3m fascia capping over the top edge of the timber fascia above the main garage door. Materials & Colours Corrugated sheets: Monument Flashing & capping: Surfmist Rivets and screws supplied. What You’ll Need to Bring: - Snips and other sheet-metal tools (drill, rivet gun, etc.) - Ladders and any safety gear. - Silicone Additional Info: - It is flat single garage so it's not too high up. - The job might require two people to handle the longer sheets safely, but I’ll leave it up to you to decide how you’d like to tackle it. - Looking for a clean, professional finish. I haven't ordered the materials yet. I'll do so after selecting an Airtasker to confirm everything. It'll take about 5 days to receive.

There are leaves and debris that need to be cleared out, especially on the back side of the house (see photos). Prefer no walking on roof tiles but might be necessary on back side.
