I have a skylight in my kitchen which is not really good for anything except leaking when it rains. I need someone to remove the skylight and the walls of the vent that go down to the ceiling. Then I need you to re-tile the space where it was, leaving it waterproof. I have spare matching tiles and can provide these if it makes the job easier to quote. The size of the skylight would be about 900x900 and the space requires about 12 tiles to be installed. See photo. The re-plastering of the internal ceiling in the kitchen is not part of the job. It's a single story roof with decent access using an extension ladder.

Single story roof space, approx 100 sqm, have insulation - 1 layer sound break 3.1 and 2nd cross layer of 4.1 normal fletcher insulation batts and need to remove some scrappy old insulation. All down lights will be ic4 so can be covered and will have certificate of electrical safety from registered electrician late next week. We have started cleaning and painting in monument the tin roof of a back bungalow but need help to get it finished before a party on the 29th of November

1. Take down 4 x 6.5m existing metal sheets. Unscrew and cut the sheets as required. Disposal is not required. 2. Roofing: Install 4 × 6.5m new corrugated metal sheets (This may instead be 8 × 3.25m sheets depending on what’s available). 3. Apron flashing: Install 2 × 6.5m apron flashings up along the sides of the garage. 4. Parapet capping: Install 1 × approx. 9m parapet (total approx. length) capping on top of a brick wall that forms the side of the garage. The top of the brick wall is mostly one level but steps down a couple of times, so the capping will need to be cut and bent to follow the top of the bricks neatly. 5. Fascia capping: Install 1 × 3m fascia capping over the top edge of the timber fascia above the main garage door. Materials & Colours Corrugated sheets: Monument Flashing & capping: Surfmist Rivets and screws supplied. What You’ll Need to Bring: - Snips and other sheet-metal tools (drill, rivet gun, etc.) - Ladders and any safety gear. - Silicone Additional Info: - It is flat single garage so it's not too high up. - The job might require two people to handle the longer sheets safely, but I’ll leave it up to you to decide how you’d like to tackle it. - Looking for a clean, professional finish.
