Three weeks ago there was a roof leak. A plumber came but he was quite unhelpful. I believe the tile might need some resealing but I am not sure. Please see the photo of the wall I found in the morning. I need someone to help me to fix this so it doesn’t happen again. This happens after a heavy rain. Here is the comments from the plumber Reason being the first recommendation I have is to re-bed and secure the existing roof tiles along the tiled side of the valley adjoining the corrugated metal roof sheeting. This should be done first. You could always engage your own roof tiler to carry out the above to speed things up. I also want the gutters cleaned. There is another house as well which we can talk about when you are hear from gutters cleaning.

I need a 2000L water tank and pump disconnected and removed, and the existing roof gutter downpipes reconnected to the stormwater drainage system. Hi need down pipe replaced on side of house

Need the chimney replaced or repaired from the eaves up. Looks to be lifted during restumping. Price i posted irrelevant, open to quotes.

Need help to remove an old hot water tank from inside my ceiling. It has already been disconnected - needs to be cut up in roof cavity in order to come down. Too heavy to come down in one piece.
