We have had a slow leak from the corner of our roof that is going through into the garage ceiling. It looks to be coming from the corner that I've taken photos of. I can see what looks like a cracked tile, and some cracking on the pointing. I would like someone to come out to repair the roof to stop the leak. I am happy to try a touch up repair to begin with, as the leak seems to be very slow, but am open to any suggestions. Please let me know what repair options I have, and what the price would be. I will just put $10 as a generic price as I'm unsure what something like this would cost. Cheers.

Clean out all guttering including a flush with water.

Hoping to find someone who can come out this weekend to inspect leaking downpipes. Fix can be done at a later date once issue is diagnosed. Querying blocked downpipes.

There’s a section of gutter down pipe that is damaged and needs replacing. I think we only need to replace the ‘dog leg’ section that drops down from the gutter itself. It is colour bond 100x 50mm.

Take off pergola roof and replace with new roofing, remove netting on house end and replace. Can supply the materials. Need to show that you’ve done this work before. Bonus if you can finish paint as well. Not sure on costing so please quote.

Replace or repair the square metal downpipe connected to the roof gutter. It has visible rust, holes and water leakage at the top joint where it meets the gutter outlet.

The moon roof sunshade cloth line is sagging on right hand side. Luckily sliding it rolls fine without tangling so looks like the issue is cloth came out of right hand side section of what ever holds it together. please see the picture
