Find experienced local roofers in Mount Eliza

I need my wrought iron garden gate secured. I have two mini daschunds who can climb through it under the gaps in the metal work. I’ve tried to diy myself but it’s not weatherproof solution or doesn’t withstand them climbing on it. I have a rental so can’t change the entire gate and am looking for a tough mesh solution that looks ok.

Need a tall ladder and a pole saw. The branches are high and hang over my spa pool so need removing. One gutter needs a clean whilst I have a helper with a ladder. A one hour job

Facia needs scraping ,sanding and painting- I will supply a new finial so would want you to fit new one. Need some rot removed from fretwork on verandah and would need new timber cut in and painted. Photos supplied I will supply paint as well.
