The house has a Colorbond metal roof (dark green, standard screw-fixed profile) and requires a former evaporative cooler opening to be professionally patched, sealed, and made fully weatherproof. The evaporative cooler will already be removed prior to attendance. A temporary, non-rainproof cover will be in place, therefore the roof patch must be completed on a specific date, coordinated with a new air-conditioning installation. Availability on that date is essential. The patch must be colour-matched to the existing Colorbond roof and finished neatly to a professional standard. Roofer to supply all required materials (matching Colorbond sheet, flashing, fixings, sealant) and include this in the quote. Easy roof access. Licensed or experienced metal roofer preferred.

However is absolutely 'bush mechanic' style. I have all required equipment. It is the 'unused' side of the house and a small strip that is between the side of the house and the fence.
