Cleaning roof gutters on single story house

Hi there, just looking to get a gutter fixed. With a heavy downpour it is pooling at base of house wall. Flexible in terms of timing really as not urgent but we will be home tomorrow. It is upper storey and will need a long ladder which we don't have. Also don't want to put anyone at danger so have attached photos to see if feasibe without scaffolding (sorry not great photos - the gutter is L upper hand side of house as you are looking at it). have had a quote for replacement of full gutter which I'm sure it needs at some point but haven't got the money for this at the moment so just some sort of temporary fix would do for now to protect the wall of the house. Supply and Install R2.5 underfloor poly insulation under hardwood floors from under house, Stapled every 100-150mm. Clearance under house 1200mm-500mm Underfloor ductwork to work around but clear, level ground underneath. Approx 150m2

Drain at bottom of downpipe is blocked. Material is quite hard, Suspect organic shave been growing in it? Need to clear it.

Guttering needs re pitching as water is not flowing to down pipe properly. Also potentially new down pipe needs to be added. Length of guttering around 15 metres. 2 Gutters to be repitched. Qualified plumbers only. The new down pipes would be extra cost and a quote needs to be given.
