I need a careful and experienced person to clean the gutters on the south side of my second story. This will also include pulling out the foam gutter guards first (and likely throwing them out). The roof is steep and made of terracotta tiles so you must (1) have the appropriate safety gear (2) be highly experienced on working on tiled roofs (3) if you break any tiles you must replace them (I have spares). I am open to recommendations about replacing the gutter guards but not with the rubbish foam ones on there now. Must be done on a Friday in the next month or so.
