A roof plumber is required to repair or replace flashing which is causing a leak in onto the ceiling boards of the veranda.

I need the small tree/stump pictured removed and the tree branches above the fence trimmed back to fence level and away from the roof.

I’m looking for someone to inspect and repair a relatively small water leak through a concrete slab in a warehouse . Photos attached. As per pic, water is appearing through the underside of the concrete slab, around/behind the plywood panel shown in the photos. The plywood may be covering an old service penetration or previous repair, so I expect it will need to be carefully removed first to establish exactly what is behind it and where the water is tracking. There is also a visible joint/crack in the concrete in this area. Depending on what is found, I understand the repair may involve ???? PU/resin injection, chasing and sealing the crack, plugging/reinstating an old penetration, or another appropriate waterproof repair. I would imagine that any crack would need to be drilled or grinded to a depth of about 50mm before sealing with a water plug / aqua plug type material. I would hope to keep it as simple as possible as the amount of water coming through when it rains is miniscule. The top side of the slab is inside a café. The external warehouse roof and wall junction is only about a metre or so away, so this is another possible source of water ingress. I inspected the roof and wall area today and cleaned around the gutter. I couldn't see any obvious defect or entry point, but would appreciate this area being checked as part of the job. This should hopefully be a small job, perhaps a few hours once the source is identified. Access to the underside is relatively high – approx. 5m, so a suitable long ladder/platform will be required. It would be ideal to identify the likely source/path of the water and carry out a proper permanent repair rather than simply sealing over the visible wet point.

Clear and clean leaves out of gutters. Pergola is low to the ground and can be done with a ladder. The house is single story with a color bond steel roof . The back section of the house is a flat roof and will require an extension ladder to get up there. Also one gutter at the front of the house and one side of the house needs pressure cleaning on the outside to remove dirt/ grime .

Office site roof leakage - need someone to assist ASAP

I am looking for an experienced pergola / roofing specialist who may be able to provide advice and possible waterproofing improvements for a custom-designed backyard pergola structure. The pergola has already been built and I would ideally like to retain the existing timber structure, as it was custom designed to suit the heritage style courtyard and outdoor space. The current issue is mainly related to waterproofing and leaking during rain. The roof uses irregular-shaped transparent acrylic/polycarbonate panels with a custom geometric design. Over time, silicone joints and timber movement appear to have caused multiple leaking points. I am NOT looking for a quick silicone patch job only. I need my gutters cleaned at my house. Details on the size and number of stories of the roof are in the picture description. Part single part double stories. The gutter in the backyard has accumulated a lot of leaves and dust because it is close to a gum tree, while the gutter in the front yard is relatively clean. No gutter guard installed

A few roof tiles on the front section of a two-storey house have shifted and may need reseating or sealing.
