Cleaning gutters around a 3 bedroom house. Ground level. Cleaning also includes alfresco gutters and perplex roof.

Gutter front and side of house need clearing and gutters need to be washed/cleaned Long ladder need, high frontage of house (No access to stand on roof)

Current tin shed roof rusted and sagged. Required or replacement. Width of roof is 2150 x 1650mm. New width will need to stay the same, but the current depth of1650 could be reduced to any range between 1500 - 1600mm. Need to retain current roof have laserlite (plastic strip). Flexible on width of laserlight as long as it is not less than 300mm wide. Please indicate if your cost includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material. Please ensure the roof material is Colourbond and could be existing or the corrugated style.

There is a water leak behind our storage cage in basement. Ground water is leaking over our belongings when it rains heavily. We would like help to build a cover over the top of it to prevent water getting into our storage cage. I have a few videos I can share to clarify if needed.

need an experienced roof plumber or skilled handyperson to resolve a drainage issue on my carport roof. As shown in the attached photos , water is currently getting trapped and pooling significantly on the corrugated metal roofing instead of draining away. Looks like the metal roofing is sagging in the middle then the outer side causing the pooling of water.

I think a possum has died in my ceiling and bits are dropping through a gap in my old Rangehood. I think I need someone to clear the possum (I have a ladder and ceiling entry) and board up the gap. Help!
