There’s a section under a meter that’s rusted through. I can see rust going along up to the chimney - about 4m total. This seems to be a low point that has water always. Not well designed and the pergola (20y old) hasn’t helped as there is no nearby downpipe. Regardless, I think just replacing the offending section will do for now. Job is: Replace approximately 4m of rusted guttering. Supply and install new gutter to match existing, including removal and disposal of old gutter and sealing/connecting to existing gutter. Single-storey house, easy access.

Hi, I need a handyman with a long ladder to repair the eaves on the second story of my house in Templestowe Lower. ​Scope of work: ​Remove & Replace Insulation: Pull out the water-damaged insulation and replace it with a new piece/batt. ​Eaves Boards (4 pieces): I would prefer to re-secure the existing fibre cement boards. However, they are water-damaged and deformed, so they might need to be replaced with new ones if the old ones are not salvageable. ​Seal: Finish with a bead of sealant (Sikaflex) around the edges.
