Find experienced local roofers in Bulleen

I'm looking to get the gutters cleared at my Bulleen property its a 2BR single story home. It hasn't been done in 5yrs+, but I'm concerned about ensuring the downpipes are actually flushed and that we don't end up with cracked tiles. How do you usually handle the downpipe testing to ensure they're clear all the way to the storm-water?

Mould issue on the bottom floor of 3 story townhouse. The bottom floor is build into a hill (masonry blocks facing soil, then plasterboard which has become mouldy. Attached some pics of impacted rooms, and the front/side of the house: 1. The rear walls can’t be accessed from outside. It’s facing into the hill and top floors extend further back. 2. The side wall is partially into hill of driveway. 3. The rear wall plaster appears to be immediately in front of cement bricks, the side walls I assume there’s a wooden frame there but haven’t looked behind the plaster Need someone that has experience with similar situations. I think we need: 1. Remove plaster 2. Apply layers of waterproofing bitumen 3. Apply layer of breathable render and paint, or replace plaster

New townhouse was built 6 months ago and colorbond roof leaked due to builder's negligence. It needs the following: Supply and installation of new possum cover plus custom flashing for inside rain head area. Removal and reapplication of rainhead to be able to seal under rain head where water is coming in. Additional screws for parapet where cladding installers have removed and silcone etc. for the small roof in photo.

The cement ridges of the roof are lose and they need to be re-beded.

NBN and Wi-Fi modems are both located in home office and can't be relocated. TV is a couple of rooms away with booster between, but we regularly loose Wi-Fi connection to the TV in the evenings when neighbours are watching their own programs. We were advised that running an ethernet cable to the TV would fix the problem.

Roof and gutter in generally good condition. Some iron cover/fixing rusted may need to be repaired or replaced. No signs of major leaking noticed. An old chimney to be removed. Roof/tiles/gutter to be cleaned, checked and repaired/replaced as necessary. Need licenced roofer with insurance.
