I believe there is a possum in my roof cavity, I hear scratching noise now and then. Never thought much of the noise until I realised it was in the roof. I would require someone to remove the possum safely, find where the entry point is , close the entry, and also clean up it's droppings and if you are also able to check the wirings, if there is any obvious damage would be helpful as I believe it's been chewing for sometime... It is double storey house, access to roof via manhole upstairs, home is just over 10 years old.

Good day. We’ve recently completed a pest control service and the staff advised that there’s some rat’s droppings in the roof void of our townhouse. We would like to get those rat's droppings removed / vacuumed. Please see the attached photos for your reference. Thanks for your help :)

Roof plumbing was connected to a rain tank. That has been removed so gutter needs a new pvc downpipe and drain connection to nearest point about 11m away. Assume a 100mm downpipe and connection. One corner. See marked up photos. Ask me questions if need be. There was a grey pipe in the location which I’m assuming would be replaced by pvc drain pipe. Would prefer registered plumber

Roof Type: Colorbond (installed over 10 years ago) Leak Description: • First leak observed at 10:30 AM today. • Initially appeared at a single location, then spread to two additional points within a 1-metre radius. • Water is dripping slowly, at approximately 20-second intervals. • Dripping occurs during rainfall and persists shortly after rain passes. Access Details: • Roof space is accessible via a large manhole. • Ample clearance within the roof cavity for inspection. • Leak sites are located approximately 1.5 to 2 metres from the manhole opening. • Manhole is positioned 2 to 3 metres above floor level. Impact Area: • Leak is landing directly on a structural timber beam.

Gutters cleaned. House is 25m long and approximately 12m wide. Permanent gutter guard is down one side and movable plastic gutter guard is in most of the other gutters
