Flexible on width of laserlight as long as it is not less than 300mm wide. Please indicate if your cost includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material. Please ensure the roof material is Colourbond and could be existing or the corrugated style.

need an experienced roof plumber or skilled handyperson to resolve a drainage issue on my carport roof. As shown in the attached photos , water is currently getting trapped and pooling significantly on the corrugated metal roofing instead of draining away. Looks like the metal roofing is sagging in the middle then the outer side causing the pooling of water.

Suspecting a cracked tile on old period home allowing water in and creating mould in one room. Need this checked and repaired. Must have previous experience and be knowledgeable with old brittle roof tiles. Do have some spare tiles but not sure how good they are? Have not been onto the roof to look so can't provide any photos. Is near the edge of the house so hopefully won't need to go onto roof. As tiles are brittle would prefer not to be walking on the roof.

Cleaning out gutters on a single story house.

A plexiglass pane with chimney insert has slid out of grove (silicon sealant was applied too thinly) off shed roof. Need handyman type to reinsert on to roof and slide chimney back through. To ensure pane remains in groves on roof I need job to include the application of silicon sealant to secure it. Job will require cleaning excess silicon etc as can happen when fixing.

Second story roof gutter overflows in heavy rain and has a constant dripping sound with light rain. Needs a flexible cord tied from the top of the down pipe to the bottom to stop the sound is what I have read?

Remove potato vine from roof of single garage and patio area and single carport . Take potato vine to Camberwell tip / recycling Centre. Will pay tip fees . Need to get up on roof to remove the vine .
