Roof needs structural assessment (eg trusses etc) and fixing (so it’s structurally sound) when it gets re-roofed by someone who has already been engaged. The roof appears to be sagging in parts. Would want builder / carpenter to work with roofing company (eg fix roof when tiles are off).

I have specialized tape for repairing metal roofs, as well as silicone. I just need to climb up to the roof and fix it. （I have a 2.5-meter ladder at home, but if you have a taller ladder, it would make getting to the roof easier.I have silicone sealant, but you’ll need to bring a caulking gun to apply it.）
