Looking for an experienced roof plumber or roofing contractor to inspect and repair a roof leak in a two-storey home. Issue: * Water is dripping from the ground-floor ensuite ceiling following rainfall. * The leak appears near the edge of the ceiling below the junction where the upper storey meets the lower roof section. * Please refer to the attached photos of the internal ceiling and external roof area. * One external photo shows a visible dip/sag in the waterproof membrane near the upper-storey wall. This may have been caused by wind, damaged roof tiles, or deterioration of the membrane. * Possible causes may include damaged roof tiles, failed waterproof membrane/sarking, flashing defects, or issues at the roof-to-wall junction. Requirements: * Inspect and identify the source of the leak. * Carry out a permanent repair where possible. * Advise if any additional materials, repairs, or follow-up works are required. Please provide a quote for inspection and repair. Experience with roof leak diagnosis, flashing repairs, and two-storey homes is preferred.

There is a shed roof in the backyard that has lots of leaves, spider nests and house rats. This needs urgent cleaning and pest control. The shed is accessible from two sides and will require a ladder to get on top of. Please bring a rake, blower and a disposable bag to discard all the leaves and twigs on top of the shed. If possible, we also need the tree branches cut to prevent further build up of leaves and plant material.

The metal roof of the single-story house is gradually leaking.It needs a small repair because the leak only happens when it rains heavily. The water drips gradually. I have specialized tape for repairing metal roofs, as well as silicone. I just need to climb up to the roof and fix it. （I have a 2.5-meter ladder at home, but if you have a taller ladder, it would make getting to the roof easier.I have silicone sealant, but you’ll need to bring a caulking gun to apply it.）
