New town houses are going up at the rear of our house. I want to build a soundproofed enclosure for our 3 x air conditioners that are next to the new neighbours small 2m back yard. I would like 2 x 'air gapped' 100mm gap of cement sheeting built. So it is (not touching). Then install soundproofing insulation bats in between the cement sheets or stuck to one side. (i have the Bradford sound proofing bats already to use). I also have the styrofoam insulation sheets that are in the photos that can be attached too. So the person who builds it will also have to build the air gapped cement sheets on the ceiling of the enclosure and then put back the corrugated steel roof. ( I already have heaps of corrugated steel for roof). I would like the person to pull down all the current materials. So they can rebuild the enclosure. There is wooden framing already there. Although I want an additional wooden frame built to ensure its not touching. I would like it to be very well gap filled & caulked so all edges are sound proofed totally. I need a licensed refrigeration technician (VBA/ARC) to relocate a 91kg multi-split outdoor unit in Carnegie. The unit is being moved from a wall mount to a roof mount (approx. 2m move). There is plenty of room in the garage roof to position the excess pipes/lines to the AC or you may need to cut the lines to a shorter distance Everything is ready for you: Equipment: I have a forklift on-site to handle the lift to the roof. Installation: The roof bracket is already installed and leveled. Labor: There are 3 of us handymen on-site to assist with any manual labor or mounting as directed. Your Responsibilities: If required: Pump down the system/reclaim gas. Disconnect/re-run/reconnect refrigeration lines and electrical (pipes in ceiling). Pressure test, vacuum, and commission the system. Provide a VBA Plumbing Compliance Certificate and Certificate of Electrical Safety (CoES).

We have a leak on our bathroom ceiling. Appears to be caused by some cracked roof tiles on the roof above. Need a roofer to replace the cracked roof tiles and assess if the leak might be caused my something else. Also need to seal the gap between the roof and the attic (about 5-6cm) - see pics. I can provide replacement roof tiles - qualified trade to provide all other materials.

We have a balcony measuring 4.4m x 2.6m. It is leaking into the ceiling below. We need a waterproofing / balcony leak specialist to repair. Main issue seems to be the silicon where the tiles meet the side (see pics). May also need a waterproof coating or possibly regrouting. Tiles are not cracked or broken in any way and grout also is all intact. If you can quote assuming re siliconing side and waterproof coating and separately for re grouting if needed. Happy for you to come through and inspect to confirm.

Replace rotten timber ridge

Leaking metal roof. The roof area is on first level and is about 3 meters by 5 meters area. It is leaking into our bathroom when it rains.

I can do the framing and purchase the window but I would like someone experienced and capable of instilling the window correctly and sealing it all back up. The roof window is a Velux GGL MK04 (780x980) I have a clay tiled roof at 30 degrees. Access is really easy from inside

Shelves should be stable and baby proof You’ll need your own tools, stud finder, and suitable fixings (L-brackets or anti-tip straps). Please anchor to studs, not just plasterboard. Roof leak to be fixed on upper level in a double storey unit. The tradesman who previously investigated a roof leak downstairs advised that upstairs was a simple one since it could just be a broken tile.

We have a Mitsubishi electric ducted system and our neighbour is unhappy with the noise. We would like to try reduce the noise. Please only reply if you have experience in this type of job.
