We have had water ingress into our house and the inspection noted “ MRI reported that the roof valley contained cracked mortar bedding, blocked watercourses, moss accumulation, and compromised valley return folds. These conditions restricted the normal flow of rainwater through the valley system, causing water to pond and overflow into the roof space during rainfall. “ they have said we need to: - remove mortar and install storm seal - ensure return folds on the valley are lifted and not squashed - ensure watercourses are not blocked I would like this maintenance completed. I do need a report for the insurers to say this is completed.

We have an ageing carport that houses six cars. The roof is metal and needs replacing. Must be qualified and have insurance.

I have solar Pool heating on the roof. Strip solar heating / Solar Matting. It is leaking and needs repairing. It is Approximately 30sq/m of Matting.

Have a shower/bath in a unit that has a few cracked tiles (5 or 6?)that need replacing and some regrouting to waterproof and prevent moisture and mould. Have photos.

Single storey section at the rear of the house, accessible by ladder from the deck. Water leaks through the gutter at one point along the run. I've tried sealing it with silicone but that hasn't solved it, because the real problem seems to be that water pools at that spot instead of running toward the downpipe. Looks like the gutter has lost its fall, or has sagged or is sitting too low against the roof edge. What I need: Someone experienced with gutters to work out what's actually causing the pooling, then fix it properly. That might mean re-hanging or adjusting the fall on that section, replacing brackets, or replacing the affected length of gutter. Please quote for all work and materials.
