I have a roof leak on a 2 storey house, which requires 5m ridge capping removal, localised 5-10sqm tile removal, 5-10sqm, sarking install over ridge / valley line area to specs / overlap of existing to perform as moisture barrier & provide photos of repaired sarking. Replace tiles and ridge capping - repointing with barramundi - monier colour. (I will supply Sarking and adhesive tape, & existing pointing waste removal) 2nd location lift 5-10 tiles at gutter / eave to check sarking, tape up & repair if damaged by previous aircon installer. Provide photos of sarking. 3. clear 2nd storey gutters - 50 - 60m length … clear down pipes. 4. Trim approx 15m length of Boston ivy from eave at rear of house.
