Mortar and floor tiles have already been removed as the walls are brick and it is an old place battens will be needed and sheeting put on for even finish of tiling. I will provide all tiles waterproofing membrane sheeting battens, basically need the labour for applying patterns and sheets, waterproofing and then tiling.

We have gutters which are within the roof. They are leaking on the corners. Can someone come and have a look. So they can quote it.

Remove 2 external air conditioning units from roof. One has already been disconnected one has not. It needs to be done on the 11th, 12th, 13th or 14th of August. The units need to be taken away as well.

Quote - Areas of roof to be addressed for concern, 2 valleys either side of front door and right-hand side valley. Will need tiles cut in on valley as they are broken in and tiles near valley need to replace broken tiles Have silicone up those tiles for a temporary fix. At bottom of valley it’s sticking up in air and needs to be put under the tiles to let water flow again properly. Will also need to re-mortar valley. Right hand side of valley is rusted and needs to be replaced. Will need to address missing and broken tiles and re-mortar valley. House leaks at front entrance - valley on right needs to be addressed. Broken cut tiles along valley as well as full tiles near valley broken. Possible re-mortar required as well for valley. Ideally replace or clean tiles at front but to be discussed.

Single floor house. Need to clean all gutters and do a bit of maintenance.
