Bag up and Remove old dusty insulation from attic and replace with new insulation. Attic is accessible by indoor pull down ladder in the ceiling. New insulation is already in the ceiling ready for installation. Approx 30sqm

The joints between the bottom of timber door frame and the stone terrace/balcony tiles are no longer waterproof due to failing ir damaged sealants. Rain water can seep underneath the door frame through the gaps in the sealant. Tasks required: 1) removing failed sealants 2) create a flexible waterproof joint - using exterior waterprrof and UV resistant sealant to seal door frame base; 3) Prevent pooling of water around the joint Two door frames : one at the terrace and one at the balcony. 1. Towel rack to be re attached. It has become loose and not sitting securely on the wall. We have had it fixed although keeps coming lose. I believe new wall plugs will be needed. And these will need to be supplied please 2. Down pipe on roof had become loose. You will need a ladder to securely fix screw back on to wall and assemble the down pipe

I am a tenant in a very old place and the gas inspector has picked on this, which has the landlord stressed and upset (I try to fix what I can around here due to the situation so that I can stay here) ... was told that bracing it against the wall would be enough, so the flue can't move away from the exhaust on the top of the unit) but let me check on that (may need poles on the roof also? ... or maybe you have knowledge about that in terms of requirements ... it can be really rough and ready so long as they approve it. (p.s. I'm getting up on the roof this weekend to clear the debris and branches)
