The joints between the bottom of timber door frame and the stone terrace/balcony tiles are no longer waterproof due to failing ir damaged sealants. Rain water can seep underneath the door frame through the gaps in the sealant. Tasks required: 1) removing failed sealants 2) create a flexible waterproof joint - using exterior waterprrof and UV resistant sealant to seal door frame base; 3) Prevent pooling of water around the joint Two door frames : one at the terrace and one at the balcony.
