Waterproofing the floor in the balcony and re tile the floor

Need someone to add a concrete underlay (not provided) and both waterproof and tile for a small bathroom. Tiles are 200 x 200. Tiling for floor only. Room size is approximately 1000 x 1500. Tiles and grout provided. Cement fibre sheet not provided. Pictures attached.

The balcony in my townhome is leaking water. It is very visible only after rain. I need a qualified waterproofing specialist to check and provide a quote for repairs on a townhouse in Glenroy. The issue is in the balcony's waterproof membrane, causing water to leak into the structure and damage the soffit below. There is active water ingress causing moisture staining and biological growth at the floor to wall junctions, as well as visible damage to the soffit below. There is bubbling paint and surface deformation. Additionally, the balcony lacks an adequate fall to the drain, resulting in water ponding. Additionally, there is grout deterioration in the bathrooms that needs addressing to prevent internal leaks.

Issue: The shower area in the bathroom is not properly waterproofed. When the shower is used, water seeps through the tiles or flooring and leaks into the ceiling of the room directly below. Required action: The shower/bathroom area needs professional waterproofing repair, which may involve removing tiles, replacing the waterproof membrane, resealing, and retiling to ensure the shower is fully watertight.

I’ve noticed a leak coming from underneath my shower, and after inspecting the drain, it looks like the water might be escaping from around the edge of the drain fitting — possibly where the waterproofing wasn’t sealed properly. The leak seems isolated to that one area underneath. Would you be able to come have a look and confirm if it’s just a local issue that can be resealed, or if there’s a deeper waterproofing concern?

One Downpipe upgrade to round Pipe ( as it is getting blocked every other month)and waterproofing the wall area same gutter - Due date: Before Thursday, 22 June 2023
