I need a qualified waterproofing specialist to check and provide a quote for repairs on a townhouse in Glenroy. The issue is in the balcony's waterproof membrane, causing water to leak into the structure and damage the soffit below. There is active water ingress causing moisture staining and biological growth at the floor to wall junctions, as well as visible damage to the soffit below. There is bubbling paint and surface deformation. Additionally, the balcony lacks an adequate fall to the drain, resulting in water ponding. Additionally, there is grout deterioration in the bathrooms that needs addressing to prevent internal leaks.
