AC installers cut through my roof truss when making holes for vents. Need a structural engineer to do a site inspection of a damaged prefabricated roof-truss member and a written rectification detail suitable for a carpenter to follow. The truss member is about 90 mm height and the saw cut is roughly 20 mm deep across the bottom, so it’s around 20% of the timber depth.

I have one pipe that is sitting just above the drain that needs to be connected to the storm water as there is a small gap of a few cm. Also have one pipe out the side of house that has cracked and needs a piece to replace it.

We need to replace the Polycarbonate Sheeting in our BBQ area. The current one is old and damaged. The current area is 30 sqm approx but we want to install the Polycarbonate in our corridor besides the house (see the photos). This will extend the roof 4 SQM. We have the Polycarbonate sheets (8x3.6mtrs) plus other (6x2.4mtrs) for the corridor nd anything extra we may need. We have the bolts to fix the sheets.
