The stormwater drain keeps blocking because the metal at the joint (as identified by the red arrow) was not cut correctly.
 The stormwater-piping needs to be pulled apart at the joint by removing the pop-rivets. 
 Then the metal at the joint needs to trimmed back using an angle-grinder. 
 Then the joint needs to be reattached by inserting new pop-rivets. 

I believe it is an easy job for someone with the right equipment eg would take less than 10mins.

Replace a roof tile which has cracked in half and patch sarking under the tile which has ripped and is letting water in. I have the replacement tile.

Image 1 shows the string mesh that I will purchase at Bunnings. Images 2 and 3 show the metal fencing to which I require the string mesh to be attached to. The are 9 sections of 103cms by 93 cms, plus (see image 3) a gate and a return. The string mesh should be attached using ties to the top and bottom horizontal parts of each section.

Downpipe and roof repair. Downpipe is projected water under roof sheeting and into ceiling during heavy downpours; base needs to be cut or realigned. Also some waterproofing membrane has come loose and needs to fixed. See attached photos. Ideally needs works completed or quote on this Friday 5 June

A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again. The gutter end cap is slightly bent and may need straightening or replacement. The downpipe may also need minor realignment. Ladder required. Photos attached
