Clear gutters on a single storey house

Need the gutters cleaned on the second story of my home. The lower level is fine.

Want to have gutter clean and need to have a receipt from a registered business. The property is a two storey townhouse.

Looking for a roof plumber or handy person to replace a short 1.5-metre (approximately) section of gutter and upgrade the downpipe to fix an overflow issue. Scope of work: Remove and dispose of the existing 1.5m gutter and downpipe. Supply and install a new, larger capacity gutter profile (e.g., Hi-Front Quad) along the 1.5m run. Supply and install a new 100mm round downpipe. Colour match: Both elements must be in Woodland Grey. Sealing & Fall: Ensure correct fall toward the downpipe. All joins and end caps must be riveted and sealed to be 100% watertight. Requirements: Please bring your own ladder and tools.

Removed most ceilings and some insulation from a 3 bedroom house and need it reinstalled with cornices

Panel beating, welding body work to both rear top quarters. Some rust around window which needs addressing also. I can move the vehicle to you as required. Do not require finished paint just metal work repair.

Redirect down pipes into garden beds. Would need to have appropriate tools to cut of down pipes and redirect in an athletically pleasing way into garden beds.

Gutter cleaning, ladder required

The stormwater drain keeps blocking because the metal at the joint (as identified by the red arrow) was not cut correctly.
 The stormwater-piping needs to be pulled apart at the joint by removing the pop-rivets. 
 Then the metal at the joint needs to trimmed back using an angle-grinder. 
 Then the joint needs to be reattached by inserting new pop-rivets. 

I believe it is an easy job for someone with the right equipment eg would take less than 10mins.

Replace a roof tile which has cracked in half and patch sarking under the tile which has ripped and is letting water in. I have the replacement tile.

Image 1 shows the string mesh that I will purchase at Bunnings. Images 2 and 3 show the metal fencing to which I require the string mesh to be attached to. The are 9 sections of 103cms by 93 cms, plus (see image 3) a gate and a return. The string mesh should be attached using ties to the top and bottom horizontal parts of each section.
