Repair Roof Leak – Labour Only Looking for an experienced roofer to repair a leak between the main house gutter and the alfresco extension roof. The extension roof has been installed underneath the gutter, and water is leaking through the connection. It may require proper flashing underneath or sealing. The garage is a small double garage with a metal roof. During colder weather, condensation forms on the underside of the roof and drips into the garage. As far as I'm aware, this is condensation rather than a roof leak. I'm looking for someone who can: • Inspect the garage roof. • Supply and install a suitable insulation/sarking solution to reduce or eliminate the condensation. • Ensure it is installed correctly to avoid moisture issues or mould in the future. I've looked into doing this myself, but I've decided it's beyond my skill level and would rather have it done properly.
