There is a smell - dead animal or similar -in one room of the house. Initial look didnt find anything under house or in roof cavity but need second eyes on this. The smell seems to be coming through the not used evaporative cooling vent in one room. The task is to identify the source and then remove if possible or discuss next steps depending if is a bigger problem.

Shed roof/gutter is leaking

Our pest controller can smell an animal decaying somewhere but can't find it. Perhaps a long shot. Looking for someone with portable detection equipment and/or a sniffer dog's sense of smell to have a wander around and tell us where the problem seems to be (ie. which wall the little critter is in, along with the housefly gang). It's a large house. The roof void is easy to access and there are no obstructions up there. Houseflies are out of control and getting worse.

Hi. We've had a bird infestation on our double-storey rooftop for a couple of years, and patchwork solutions (gutter cleaning and bird spikes), hasn't fixed this issue permanently. I'm looking to permanently remove these bird nests from our roof asap, and apply roof netting to prevent future bird infestations as well. Two requirements: 1. Remove Bird nests 2. Apply bird prevention such as gutter netting in gutters and around solar panels (purchase netting). I'm open to fair and reasonable quotes. The contractor must be able to use a ladder to the top of our double-storey rooftop. As we're heading back interstate next week, we're also looking for someone who can come in and inspect the premises themselves in the coming days, and ideally create the fix sometime this weekend if possible (happy to pay extra). Tile broken on one story exgovie. Needs replacing before it rains again. Broken tile is near edge of roof. I do not have a ladder tall (safe) enough for the job.

On a short length guitar there is an obvious leak at one end. Water has leaked out and has pushed off some render in the underlying rendered wall. Needs to be cleaned, and repaired.

Possums have broken roif cap ridging and moved tiles...there may be some damaged tiles. House isx1.5 stories high

Evidence of possum/s accessing through our tiled roof…..we can hear them moving in the ceiling at night and early morning but also it seems they might be in the walls of the house at times. We can see 1 access point as they have moved several roof tiles to get in under the roof. House is semi elevated (1.25 stories on the low side where the possum is active and almost 2 stories on the high side) on a sloped block). We need someone who can clear the roof and install a one-way trap door .
