Find experienced local roofers in Strathnairn

Hi there, Our kitchen range hood leaks slightly during rain. The ducting connects to a roof whirlybird (rotary turbine vent). Water is either driving into the unit or tracking down a degraded silicone seal around the flashing. I need an experienced handyman or roof plumber to safely access the roof, diagnose the leak, and properly reseal the flashing with heavy-duty roofing silicone (or quote to replace the unit if the bearings have failed). Requirements: • Must bring your own safe roof-access equipment (ladders, harnesses, etc.). • Must hold your own independent business/accident insurance for working at heights. • Please confirm in your offer that you have the gear and insurance required for this job. Thanks!
