Have been quoted that the location of the damage requires the garage door to lowered, then new plaster applied and roof painted, then the garage put back up. Needs to be completed in one day

We have a roof leak, possibly a broken tile or eroded concrete around the tiles. Looking to fix the leak/ replace the tile and also to paint that part of the roof (if you can paint it, otherways it’s not a priority) There are also a couple of different places where the concrete had eroded around the tiles as per photo and new concreted needs to be reapplied.
