Fix gutter and timber fascia.

A few concrete tiles need replacing in my single story home. Not entirely sure how many are cracked as have had tradespeople recently on the roof that have informed us some are cracked. I have five spare tiles but may require more as spare in the villa style and in the colour slate grey. I can arrange to get the spare tiles but may need those painted if required to have spare tiles in the future.

In the corner of two gutters there is pooling of water as the gutter on the side of the house is not pitched to run into the downpipe as per the photos attached. As a result there is damage to our eave. Work required 1. Re-pitch gutter so that it flows to the downpipe in front of the kitchen window. 2. Downpipe may need to be shortened as a result of the re -pitching. Would appreciate a visit and full quote if pricing may need to be altered Thank you :)

We've got a large wall mount rangehood to install in the kitchen. Ceiling's wooden at a decent incline - will need to rout through to access the roof. Roof is terracotta. Stud in the plaster wall to secure the rangehood brace but happy to install a lintel for added security/strength. Will be there to provide a pair of hands to assist. Cowl and ducting also supplied.

Cleaning of gutters on double story house. Roofline is both first floor and second floor. Garage, rumpus, kitchen and laundry is single story. Not sure if there are gutter guards. Our range hood in our kitchen is leaking water when it rains. We are suspecting it is coming from the ventilation on the outside of the house. We need someone to come out to patch it so it can stop leaking. It only leaks when it rains. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 6 January 2024
