My downpipe is currently not properly aligned, causing water to splash out when it rains. I need someone to adjust/reposition the downpipe so the water flows correctly without splashing. The problem area needs a minor adjustment. Looking for someone experienced with downpipes/guttering.

The roof, including the solar panel, and the gutters of the double-storey house need to be cleaned. It includes roof washing, sanitation, replacing any cracked tiles(provided by myself). The gutters needs to be cleared of dirt and check if all draining water at right outlet.

Need a handy man with a ladder to clean the ledge of the first floor from debris/nests and install rolled up lengths of chicken mesh to prevent birds from accessing the gaps.
