I’m looking for someone to complete two outdoor jobs at my property. 1.Gutter and timber repair * Replace existing guttering along the roof edge * Inspect and replace the timber behind the gutter (fascia board if needed) * Ensure everything is secure and draining properly * Remove and dispose of old materials 2.Tree removal * Fully remove a large bay leaf tree in the backyard * Remove stump and roots to prevent regrowth * Take away all green waste Additional details: * Access is via the backyard * Single-storey structure * Please bring your own tools and equipment Notes: Open to someone completing both jobs, or quoting separately for each part

The A-frame section (only the area pictured) of our roof fascia board needs repainting as you can see from the pictures. The green paint is chipping away so would need to be sanded back with a fresh coat of a similar shade (doesn't need to be 100% exact - close enough is fine). I'm happy to provide the paint if that's easier.

Corrugated tin roof on the back shed needs replacing. Old tin needs to be removed and taken away. Roof is flat and measures 6300 x 5100. Flashing required also. No work needed on joists, etc. Shed backs onto a laneway so good access from the rear. Looking for a quote please.
