Need a licensed roof plumber or experienced handyperson with double-storey height access to re-pitch a front roof gutter in Altona Meadows. Water is pooling in the middle section. Need the brackets adjusted/raised to restore fall toward the downpipe and a quick flow test to confirm it drains.

There is an existing balcony which we use but sometimes water is logged in it. We would like to add a bit of slope and gutters to it connecting to existing gutter or feed to green patch below. Would like to get it done in 2 days

I need some plumber to come and fix the rain water dripping from the garage roof. It is exactly under the balcony so main suspect that it is from the balcony. The last photo seems the suspect . I need all the corners to be sealed in the balcony and any tile grouts to be fixed too.

Need a metal pillar to be installed to support the edge of the garage roof due to it shifting and breaking the brick pillar. Just need a temporary fix until we can repair the whole roof properly due to budget restraints.

For Single Storey house: Remove 2 old evaporative coolers from tiled roof Remove 2 solar hot water collector panels from roof Remove old brackets/flashings where possible Patch roof openings: Use spare tiles for evaporative cooler penetrations Seal/flash properly to prevent leaks Both systems are already disconnected and no longer in use. I also have spare matching roof tiles available for patching the evaporative cooler openings. A section of my Alloy & PVC stormwater downpipe has come loose and fallen off the side of the house.
