I also have spare matching roof tiles available for patching the evaporative cooler openings. A section of my Alloy & PVC stormwater downpipe has come loose and fallen off the side of the house. have leaks in a couple of areas and know of broken roof tiles because I had people come out to clean out my gutters

Area of the roof that needs attention is around 50cm to 100cm, thats it I need flushing installed in the roof to direct the rain water path and protects insulation and plasterboard. I've got the flushing material already. Also, need a downpipe installed.
