Need 1 gutter approx 8m long cleaned out. Has quite a lot of leaf build up and does not drain at all. Also need the pipe to be nice and clear for rain water flow. Approx 3-4m high up so you’ll need an extension ladder or can walk on the roof if safe.

I have a possum entering the roof space of my two-storey house with a pitched roof. I am looking for someone to inspect the exterior of the house, identify any possible entry points, and seal or repair them to prevent future access. I do not require possum trapping or removal. The focus is on locating and blocking the access holes once the possum has left the roof space. Amend the 5 downpipes shown to make room for electrical conduit to run under the downpipe on top of the brickwork capping, also use pvc pipe to remove the sharp 90 degree angle to reduce rain noise.

Water is overflowing at the base of the downpipe. It backed up when down pour occurred tonight. At the same time water flowed out of the back of airconditioner in the loungeroom that we think is connected to the storm water through the same pipes.

Gutter and roof clean for one story 3 bed house in Strathmore. Lots of leaf litter from next doors gum tree. A blower will be needed or can be provided to blow leaves or sticks off the roof in addition to the gutter clean. The gutter does have gutter guard so will need to work around that and let me know the lay of the land up there. Yesterday’s rain caused the gutters to overflow and leak into the ceiling so looking for someone to also tell me if there may be a cracked tile.
