Need someone with experience installing Oscillot cat-proof fence systems. Install approximately 2 metres of Oscillot fence top. Install in the location marked by the red arrow in the attached photo. I already have the Oscillot kit (roller, brackets and hardware). Ensure it is installed securely and aligned correctly. Must have previous experience installing Oscillot fence tops. Photos attached.

The ceiling above the living room and dining room area requires another layer of insulation before winter. We need help laying in the batts which we already have. Prefer someone who can go through ceiling rather than from the outside roof. I have already done the batts above the rooms but could use the extra hand.

Roof has some broken roof tiles in an area (6 to 10 broken) that need replacing - see examples in pictures. Tiles are terracotta. I have a few spare but not sure if it will be enough for the job. You may need to supply some tiles for the job. Broken tiles have been temporarily repaired with silicone to keep out water.

Looking for someone to repair a hole in the plaster under the eaves on the second storey of my house (see photos). Birds have been getting inside and I believe there’s also a nest up there. Additionally, there are quite a few bees around the same area — I suspect there may be a bee hive or nest nearby that needs to be safely removed before the repair can be done. Hi all Looking for a roofer for roof repairs and maintenance. St Albans area

Prep and painting for - gable roof end shown - bay window sheemetal roof shown - fascias around house (approx. 45-50m total length x around 200mm high) - Front electrical switchboard cover (shown) Patch minor holes in eaves (pic shown) and paint under all eaves vivid white (about 40m x standard 450mm eaves) Paint for under eaves should be vivid white low sheen. All other paint for fascias, gable end, bay window roof should be Colorbond Paperback colour (please supply). There are also 8 x PVC downpipes (typical shown in pics) which need are not glued, just sitting in place. They need to be taken apart, cleaned, painted and glued together/painted/reinstated. Can be painted in the same paperbark colour.

Plumber has repaired a broken pipe in shower wall. A small area of tile was removed and now needs replacing. Job includes plastering, waterproofing and re tiling. Similar tile can be supplied but would need to be cut to size. Otherwise, a white tile that is the same shape and similar texture is fine (to be supplied by tasker).
