existing roof eaves board is warped and about to fall off, need new one installed, the required board will be made of timber, under 5 metres long, about 22.6cm tall and 3cm thick. existing board is too thick and heavy hence why it's fallen. Will require weather proof (treated) timber for longevity. The other end will need to be tapered off to fit existing structure.

Hello! I am needing my evaporative aircon vent cleaned & dusted out. It is located on the roof of the house and you’ll need a tall ladder to get up to the roof. We also will need the vents inside the house cleaned and dusted out.

One panel of the rubber tubes appear to have leaks in or around the barb connectors. I expect they need replacing with new barbs.

Have a leaky downpipe near my front door that needs to be replaced which is causing damage to weatherboards. Currently metal.
