Find experienced local roofers in Caulfield South

I'm looking for someone to replace a roof tile at my new place. I'm not too sure what the exact tile type is but hopefully it's recognisable by the images! It has a temporary fix of some corflute which seems to be doing the trick in stopping leaks, but probably good to get it replaced haha. Also would love to have some replacement tiles to put away in my garage as well :)

Looking for an experienced, insured roof plumber to inspect and replace damaged guttering above my outdoor deck. The affected area has significant rust and visible holes, with water leaking onto the decking. Please see the attached photos/video. The job includes: - Inspecting the gutter and confirming the length that needs replacing. - Removing the damaged guttering. - Supplying and installing suitable replacement guttering, matching the existing profile and colour where possible. - Checking brackets, joints and the downpipe connection, and ensuring water drains correctly. - Checking the adjoining fascia and roof edge for damage and advising if additional repairs are needed. - Testing for leaks and cleaning up afterwards. Waste can go in the bin provided on site, provided it fits and is suitable for that bin. Please flag any items that need separate disposal. Please include labour and materials in your offer and state any exclusions. Please also advise your earliest availability and whether you need a site inspection to confirm the price. Please send a estimate price or you are welcome to come inspect or i can take more photos and video prior

Two small repairs. 1.Patch repair small gap at edge or roof and gutter - see image. 2. Find area on single story roof where rain leak occurs during a big rain storm and seal up or patch. And finally clear gutters. You need to be able to do all three things. Don't offer to do the work if you will look to charge more than this once you get here. Yes may require some materials in addition but not expected to be more than $50 extra. This is mainly a labour job! Thanks for helping

Water is leaking through upstairs room on very rainy days. Suspect there is a small hole that needs repairing.
