I’ve recently done a small metal roofing job and need some roof tiles re pointed. I had a go myself and need someone who has done it before to get it done and looking good.

I need a roofing specialist or experienced handyman to repair a section of my roof where several terracotta tiles have slipped/fallen and the eave lining (soffit) has broken away. Details (guess) Roof Type: Terracotta tiles (Monier/Wunderlich brand). The Issue: Approximately 4–6 tiles have slipped out of place. One or two may be cracked and need replacing. Eave Repair: A section of the fibro/cement eave lining has snapped and fallen down. This needs to be replaced or patched and secured. Access: Double-storey house and you need to bring your own ladder. Materials: I do not have spare tiles. Tasker to supply a small off-cut of eave lining and any necessary clout nails/adhesive. Requirements: Please have experience with tile roof repairs and heights. Must ensure the area is watertight.

Repaint Timber Windows – Restore Original Colour (Exterior) Hi, I’m looking for an experienced painter to repaint my timber windows back to their original colour. Location: Bentleigh Scope of work: - Clean and prepare all window frames - Scrape and sand back old/peeling paint - Fill any minor cracks and apply exterior sealant where required - Apply primer to bare timber/sanded areas - Finish with 2 coats of exterior paint (original colour) Windows are in fair condition (no major rot), just faded and patchy from weather exposure. 1. Battens: The back portion of the roof is sunk. For the "sunk" section, replace the warped timber battens to ensures tiles interlock correctly to stop leaks. Check other areas as well for potential issues. 2. Find and replace all cracked tiles to prevent any leaks. I have roughly 50 spares. Have taken videos from the recent rain where the crack is surely present. That will consume 15 tiles. Remaining can be used to replace the ones which are close to end of life or semi cracked. I have some black roof sealant paint as well from the previous job. Paint these tiles to match rest of the roof. 3. Junction Leak where the sunroom meets the main roof: Wetness here probably indicates failing apron flashing. Install new zincalume/metal flashing where the sunroom meets the main roof and remove the retired exhaust outlet 4. One gutter drainage: Cut a hole in the gutter, secure the pop, and pipe it to discharge away from the house All parts on actual + labour. Please feel free to quote your realistic offer.

I have a water leak in the downstairs bedroom caused by leakage from the tiled balcony area from upstairs, when it rains. The plumber has already attended and advised a tiler to waterprood the affected area. This is a newly renovated bathroom with a ceiling 1900mm x 2080mm. Sparky has installed new lights/fan, just need the ceiling patched up and sanded ready for painting. I need 1 square hole from an old light fitting patched up (approx 430mm x 360mm). Some minor cracks to be patched up as pictured. Then for you to supply and install a basic cornice around the edges. All sanded and ready for painting.

Cut 1 tree branch leaning over fence and roof We need 1 overhead tree branches removed that is leaning from neighbours property onto our roof. No removal of cut branch required. We will dispose of.
